The evening begins with a tasting reception featuring an exciting lineup of the Valley of the Sun’s finest chefs. Then, enjoy a unique four-course seated dinner designed by visiting All-Star Sherry Yard and Local Star Kevin Binkley, with Host Chef Paul McCabe. We are bringing these culinary stars together for one night only to create an unforgettable dining experience.
Also in attendance will be past James Beard Award Winners for Best Chef Southwest: Nobuo Fukuda, Christopher Gross, Robert McGrath, and Janos Wilder, who will proudly celebrate the culinary talent gathered for this special evening.

The James Beard Foundation is proud to donate a portion of the evening’s proceeds to the James Beard Foundation's Taste America® Scholarship Fund. Local culinary students are invited to apply for this culinary scholarship through jamesbeard.org. We are also proud to highlight C-CAP--Careers through Culinary Arts Programs' work in culinary education and thank them for their participation in this special evening.

Kitchen space is limited for chef demos. Please RSVP to RSVP-PHOENIX@SURLATABLE.COM in order to guarantee your seat. Indicate the city, number of guests, and time of the cooking demonstration you wish to attend. Each reservation is limited to a maximum of 4 persons. Each demo will be one hour. Reservations will be held until 15 minutes before start of demo.
