The evening begins with a tasting reception featuring an exciting lineup of Los Angeles’ finest chefs, including Host Chef Neal Fraser of Redbird. Then, enjoy a unique four-course seated dinner designed by James Beard Award winner Aarón Sánchez, and 2014 Outstanding Chef award winner Nancy Silverton, with Matt Molina and Dahlia Narvaez of Osteria Mozza. We are bringing these culinary stars together for one night only to create an unforgettable dining experience.

Schedule of events:
Kitchen space is limited for chef demos. Please RSVP to RSVP-LOSANGELES@SURLATABLE.COM in order to guarantee your seat. Indicate the city, number of guests, and time of the cooking demonstration you wish to attend. Each reservation is limited to a maximum of 4 persons. Each demo will be one hour. Reservations will be held until 15 minutes before start of demo.
