The James Beard Foundation is proud to donate a portion of the evening’s proceeds to the James Beard Foundation's Taste America® Scholarship Fund. From April 1 through May 15, local culinary students are invited to apply through jamesbeard.org.

Cooking demonstrations, cookbook signings, tastings, and fun for the whole family. Kitchen space is limited for chef demos. Please RSVP to RSVP-CHICAGO@SURLATABLE.COM in order to guarantee your seat. Indicate the city, number of guests, and time of the cooking demonstration you wish to attend. Each reservation is limited to a maximum of 4 persons. Each demo will be one hour. Reservations will be held until 15 minutes before start of demo.
